Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new accounts include a 7-day free trial beginning when you activate your account.
No charges will be made until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • All subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month.

  • Refunds are not offered for unused time after a billing cycle has started.

  • If you cancel, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

3. Minute Overage Charges

If you exceed your plan’s included minutes, overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period.
Overage charges are final and non-refundable once billed, as they represent minutes already used.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

  • Contact us at [support email] within 7 days of the charge.

  • We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a credit or refund to your payment method.

5. Exceptional Refunds

At our sole discretion, we may issue a one-time courtesy refund for new customers who experience a technical issue that prevents them from using the service during their first paid month.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account. We are happy to resolve billing issues quickly — just reach out before disputing a payment.

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and selecting Cancel Subscription, or

  • Emailing us at support@ottocalls.com with your request.

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
